who would ever think and believe in this, officially i'm an educator now... God is really good to me... i received a call just last tuesday from my former professor and offered me a job at the university... this is one of those rare opportunities that a person should not dare not to take... though i never thought of myself of being a teacher but i find it challenging and remember the one i said before about helping the city improve the its IT image? maybe this is the start of my share and i only wish i can do well in this newly found career... but of course i will continue to work on some projects... and yes i finally have my own domain... www.bacolodcentral.com its a new site for businesses here in the city, the site will be like an information center of all businesses in the city... they need to register their business first... it is still in beta, about 30% done so expect changes from time to time and some functions might not work also... heheh.. peace!
After a much heated campaigns the election fever are almost finally over. Pending the final canvassing of votes by the congress the people have chosen a new leader to rule the country for the next 6 years. The presumptive president is a mayor from a city down south of the Philippines known for his iron fisted style of government. What makes this election interesting is the process on how people now choose their leaders. Traditionally, we oath to go for people with great experience, plans, smart and proper character and attitude someone we normally call 'honorable'. This election changed that idea, people now go for leaders with real simple plans to solve recurring problems in the society, strong work portfolio to showcase their capability to govern and implement real solutions. Good luck to the newly elected president, I wish you well in your quest to change this country into something everyone wish it should be. Peace!
