Paquiao vs Cotto Year 2009 is not really a big year for me, life goes as usual with a little ups and downs, big story that caught my attention is the death of the former President Cory Aquino. She is the 1st woman president of this country, the one who restored freedom from a dictator and I can say that she is well loved by the Filipino people. Her death did not come as a surprise, she was fighting the big C - cancer. Her legacy will forever be in the books of history and will always be remembered. Now, what's with the incoming year 2010, I don't know, whatever this new year brings, I just hope that it would be for the better of everyone not only to myself but also to all the human beings. Let's just hope that this

last day!...

oh my, it's the last day of the year, i woke up as early as 4am thinking of going to the airport to pick up my brother, his wife and son only to know that they'll arrive at about 10am... will yeah, we arrived to this day again, the last day... i remember last days are not exactly last but rather a start of a new one, last day in school, last day at work, last day of vacation and the list would go on, wonders what would 2010 be for me... hrmmm... peace!

1 day and a few hours to go...

i really did so little for my blog this year, too busy? just being lazy that's all... well, okay, in a little 1 day and a few little hours the year ends, if i'll let myself think of what have happened within this year, probably i'll go nuts thinking about it all, need to keep on looking forward and just move, move, move, and move on... i'm working on my top 10 list right now, and i thought of giving a little time for another update before i finally say goodbye to the year 2009 won't hurt... peace!

after tomorrow, i'll officially have my Christmas vacation, went with mom to pickup some groceries today, going in a mall in the morning is the best time to do it... days are running fast and the year will soon end but the strangle and challenges continues... and i'm liking it... peace!...

martial law...

Glueria declared martial law in Maguindanao, ( full text of the Proclamation No. 1959 ). We understand that there's danger in the area after the massacre , big questions arises from the proclamation though, 1) The constitutionality of the said proclamation 2) The need of such proclamation 3) The danger of the proclamation, It is a common knowledge that under the martial law, the writ of habeas corpus is suspended and the military has the full control of almost everything.
