surprises...

got a surprise of my life before the year ends actually all of us specially my mom... we never thought my sister would go home for the new year... she asked my brother in manila to fetch a box from a relative who came home since they can't make it this year... my brother was surprised to see kuya gil (my sister's hubby) waiting for him at naia... they all have the same flight to bacolod and arrived around 3:20pm... when they finally arrived after all the luggage are in place my brother said that he needs to call somebody from the arrival area, i just thought that he need to meet a friend of his... then from where i'm standing i saw my sister walked out the arrival area smiling... wheheh.... i told my mom that nene(my sister) is here, she thought i was joking not until she had a view of her walking towards us... hehehe... but then it was just the surprise number 1... knowing that my sis would send some stuff for us, i asked her to buy me a portable mp3 player though she nev

the return...

just arrived after spending christmas in hinobaan... its a town down south of bacolod... as far as i could remember the last time we celebrated christmas with my mom's brother was when we're still young and it was so long time ago... it was a fun experience, we went to church, had our manito manito after the noche buena... the next day we're suppose to go to the beach but the weather is kinda rainy that time so we decided not to go... i made a sisig out of the lechon's head and it taste good the only thing i did not do was to drink... i mean the alcoholic ones... we had vodka and tequila but i'm not really into it so i settled on drinking my all time favorite drink, coke... peace!

Merry Christmas!!

just arrived from sm with teddy and rainer... we went to see the last batch for the fireworks display competition here in the city... yesterday was our christmas party in woodside clubhouse and thankfully everything went fine and really hope that everyone had some fun... in our part it we did enjoy the day... i'll not be around for the christmas celebration, i will be out of town to celebrate it with our close relatives south of bacolod but i'll be back on the 26th... have a wonderful christmas everyone... peace!

fireworks...

went to sm with teddy yesterday for some lovely chicks spo..t..ing.. err... just kiddin... heheh... it was actually the fireworks competition that we intend to watch and yes we saw some familiar faces and some cute new faces as well... im not really sure how many participants they have but last night the first 3 did their demonstration... the 1st one was quite all right but not that overwhelming not much of display patterns... the 2nd one was the best among the 3... timely executions, very nice patterns, big bangs... hahah.. i don't really know how to describe it... the 3rd one was a little bit of a disaster... heheh... the fireworks did not work... technical problems they said due to a slight rain before the competition... actually the last one was highly anticipated among the group since they compete in international competitions... but yeah... things like that happen all the time... on saturday the next batch... can't wait... oh.. the traffic... 45min in traffic is not so b

last saturday we had an outreach co-sponsored by greenwich... the place was an orphanage with about 35-40 abandoned children... so we brought in some toys, milk and groceries... it's really nice to see the little kids play and have fun with us even for just a few hours and to see the smile on their faces is a priceless experience and i'm hoping someday i can go back and again share some of my blessings... projects... had a demo with our client and received a nice feedback from them... im doing the report module now and we are close to finishing the system, hoping that by saturday we can implement it already... peace!...

just hate it...

we're planning for our club christmas party celebration and at the same time an acquaintance for the incoming lower year... but i've got frustrated on how they reacted when we announced the place since they prefer to go somewhere else... honestly.. i don't really care if they don't join us, to think we are doing this one for them and if they can't appreciate it, we can do nothing about it... well..well... puso ko... hahahah... peace!

ajax...

started doing some ajax implementations to our current project... though we're totally noobs when it comes to it, we are slowly getting the idea on how it works... it's already past midnight and i need to get some sleep now... got to go... peace!

rants...

to the organizers, speakers and all the people behind the PHP Everywhere conference , congratulations to each one of you... i may not be present that day but based on the feedbacks coming from the community it was a good one... i've been a member of the phpugph forum for sometime now and i saw how dedicated those people are... only if i'm close to manila i would really be glad to provide my service to the group... again congrats to all of you guys... in anything that we do there are those who can't really appreciate things... like this blogger ... he's out to discredit the organizers, while yeah great expectations can cause great disappointments but that can only be applicable for those people who attended the conference and not for those who just assumed things out from reading or hearing from others... the guy was not even there, so how in the world can he rate or create a sensible comment?... i'm not saying that we want only positive words out here and yes its
