he is a priest and he is the governor , he was elected in very slim margin over the influential political icons in the province because 1,147 more people believes he can bring change... in just 10 days in office he was able to collect a remarkable Php 11.6 million from the quarry industry of the province and by the end of June 2008 a total of Php 230 million a record breaking feat... more folds than he's predecessor, previous governors earned Php 121.023 million in 5 years starting 2002 until June of 2007... now some people are hurting, they can't stand losing their profits, kickback is the right word for that and they want the governor priest out... good governance is so hard to do, a person must have the will and dedication to change everything for the benefit of its people... and when people resist change, one can do nothing about it but to fight back... this country is dying, politically... i long to see more of the governor priest running every cities and provinces of thi
