went to school this morning to process my tor, releasing date is on may and went to mcdo to eat breakfast with teddy before going home... teddy told me about his experience when he had an interview at a newly opened call center in the city, it was funny yet irritating to know that during the interview his interviewer is yawning and her eyes closes because of sleepiness and to think that's infront of the interviewee... i can't think of a logical reason for a person who conducts an interview and do not give so much attention into what the person says and later has to decided if the person passes or fails the interview process... i also experienced being an interviewer and each time i'm at it, i make sure that i have that respect to the person and create an impression that he or she is dealing with a professional and the process must be taken seriously and that whatever decision i would make at the end is based on a credible and fair assessment... or maybe in this case its all about the way he answers the questions but still sleeping during the interview??... peace!
After a much heated campaigns the election fever are almost finally over. Pending the final canvassing of votes by the congress the people have chosen a new leader to rule the country for the next 6 years. The presumptive president is a mayor from a city down south of the Philippines known for his iron fisted style of government. What makes this election interesting is the process on how people now choose their leaders. Traditionally, we oath to go for people with great experience, plans, smart and proper character and attitude someone we normally call 'honorable'. This election changed that idea, people now go for leaders with real simple plans to solve recurring problems in the society, strong work portfolio to showcase their capability to govern and implement real solutions. Good luck to the newly elected president, I wish you well in your quest to change this country into something everyone wish it should be. Peace!
